About Regulation for the Management of COI

The reasonable management of the Conflict of Interest (COI) is important to perform clinical research. The guidance for the management of COI has been published from Cabinet Office, Government of Japan, Science Council of Japan, and Japanese Association of Medical Sciences. The academic societies and universities set the guideline for the management of COI, following the Guidance.

The Japanese Society of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics also set the Regulation for the Management of COI. The member of the Society is sincerely requested to follow the Regulation.
